Competitions

The juries will be composed by personalities from the movies and literature media, environmental associations, and students.

International Documentary Competition

The two-fold aim of this competition is to recognize the best environmental films made in the past two years and to promote the production of films handling environmental topics.

Italian Documentary Competition

This competition is open to Italian environmental films made in the past two years.

Best Italian Documentary, offered by  CiAL € 3.000,00

Special Sub-ti award: Free subtitles for the winning movie including translation in a european language, adaptation, spotting timecode list. Market value 1,200.00 €

Special Mention LEGAMBIENTE 

International Short Film Competition

This competition is open to Italian or international environmental films (documentary, fiction or animation) made in the past two years.

Best Short Film, offered by  IED € 2.000,00 

Special Mention WWF

Out-of-competition sections

Panorama

This international film section features meet-the-experts talks with films that use innovative language to explore environmental issues. In addition, special focus initiatives (on Urban Green and biodiversity) and guest festivals from around the world are presented (this year Sondrio FIlm Festival).

Ecokids

Involving students from all school levels with a diverse program of films and guest speakers. Screenings are guided by educators and environmental experts from Legambiente.
