A series of episodes presented by a rather unusual expert chef, Pierre Wind. Something much different from the average television cooking show. The extroverted and extravagant Dutchman - who has a degree in engineering - comes up with the an amazing array of dishes, and is full of stunts that shock and amuse - from rummaging through the garbage to a rope-pull with a pig. The Food Factory's irreverent style provides us with an examination of the food industry that reveals little known facts on the processing of foods and food cultures in different parts of the world.
