Pigeon flying, the traditional sport among men in the old ship building areas by the river Clyde in Glasgow, turns dangerous when ancient rules are broken.
This mating game of birds stirs up old sectarian animosities and the peace that the men have created is threatened as they try to settle their disputes.

Johan Eriksson was born in Helsinki. He started as a newpaper reporter at the age of 19. He became a reporter on foreign affairs for Finnish TV and spent a large part of the 90s covering the war in the former Yugoslavia. He now works for Swedish Television, reporting out of London, while he is studyng documentary direction at the National Film and Television School.
