CinemAmbiente in cooperation with Circoscrizione VI - Torino, organizes the film exhibition 'Ecokids 2011', screenings for the primary schools of the city. All the events will be introducedby an environmental expert.
Domenica 6 Febbraio 2000 is born from the private shooting of a citizen among the others gone out on that morning, that afternoon, for seeing how the city wothout cars is, was.
The look follows waht it likes, interests to it. The means of transport invented for the occasion: feet, roller skates, bikes, carts.
Without cars you feel like to watch the roofs, scallop stitches, tram wires, balconies, terraces.
And in the middle of these personal images-reflections, the account of the why and the how this Sunday was born.

Michele di Mauro was born in Torino. In 1980 he started to collaborate with Teatro Stabile of Torino, and both as an actor and director with Gruppo della Rocca, Teatro Settimo and Teatro stabile of Palermo. He partecipated both as an actor and author to several radio trasmissions. He acted in Gianluca Maria Tavarelli's Portami Via (1993). In 1996 directed the short film Petali. In 1999 has been the protagonist of Amsterdam by Maurizio Ponti and won an award as best actor at Festival Cinema in diretta of Saint Vincent. On September 2000 has shot the short film Jingle Bells. During the season 1999/2000 has been the protagonist of the television program Doppia vu (RAI 3).
