CinemAmbiente at Vico Canavese

During the whole month of august CinemAmbiente in cooperation with the library of Vico Canavese organizes the film exhibition "CinemAmbiente in Valchiusella". The films will be screened at the Salone Pluriuso (Regione Lime) - free entry. All the events will be introduced by Gaetano Capizzi and Debora Bocchiardo.

Divenire

From the flowing waters of a river that courses pristine nature emerges a strange and mysterious female figure resembling a praying mantis. Despite the elegant dance-like movements, the woman hides a mortal nature no less predatory. Calling her to join them are the fire-flies who have realized that the forest is being threatened: humans have begun to cut down and destroy the forest just as they have seriously damaged the rest of the world. But this time they will have to fight a mighty battle that will decide the fate of our entire planet.

Il regista / The Director

Ayelen Liberona and Joseph Johnson Cami have made one short, Falling (2006), a television film, Adrenalina (2007), and a documentary, Grain of Sand (2009). Becoming won the Best Experimental Film award at the Miami Short Film Festival.
