CinemAmbiente in cooperation with Circoscrizione VI - Torino, organizes the film exhibition 'Ecokids 2011', screenings for the primary schools of the city. All the events will be introducedby an environmental expert.
Home care and body care is a multimillion dollar business. But what impact do these products have on the environment and on our health? Do we really need them? Andrew Nisker asked the Goode family to go without chemical products for 3 months. This brought a radical lifestyle change but also an opportunity to reflect on entrenched habits and false needs the market generates for products that can have unexpected effects on our body.
Andrew Nisker made his diretorial debut with Canadian Fever (1992) and then worked for the major Canadian television networks. His documentary Garbage! The Revolution Starts at Home (2007) was presented in competition at the 11th CinemAmbiente.
