The children of an Ikpeng village, in Xingu native Park, aware of the video camera’s power, take advantage of this magical instrument to send the world a message and satisfy their curiosity: “Our houses, our tools, our toys are made with what nature gives us. Is it the same for you?”
Ikpeng children are waiting for an answer.

Kumarè Txicão Ikpeng is an Ikpeng Indian of the Xingù Park, in the north of Mato Grosso. Kumarè started his career as a cameraman in 1977, shooting the documentary Moyngo. O sonho de Maragareum on the initiation ceremony of two children from his village. In 2001 he made a film on the Wagrè ritual and the documentary From Ikpeng Children to the World.
