Maybe it is all really quite simple. Above us the clouds are floating, and they will keep on doing so. The clouds do not care about you and me, they are eternal – just like the earth that will one day consume our remains. An older man, who might be close to death, looks back upon his life - at the same time as a young boy, somewhere in America, meets people who have all experienced American traumas on their souls. The question is; how do we choose to respond to the gift of life in our time, and the reality that we will soon be long gone. The answer is blowing in the wind...
Il regista / The Director
Sami Saif born 1972 in Denmark. Between 1992 and 1995 worked with production of several tv-documentarys for the national TV2 Denmark as researcher, camera-assistant and director. In 1997 is graduate from The National Danish Filmshcool as Director. His work as documentaries director incluging: TheVideoDiaryofRicardoLopez(1999),Family (2001),DogvilleConfessions (2002), Awaiting (2004), Night and Day - Tales Upon Suicide (2005).
