CinemAmbiente at Vico Canavese

During the whole month of august CinemAmbiente in cooperation with the library of Vico Canavese organizes the film exhibition "CinemAmbiente in Valchiusella". The films will be screened at the Salone Pluriuso (Regione Lime) - free entry. All the events will be introduced by Gaetano Capizzi and Debora Bocchiardo.

While trying to find his umbrella right in the middle of a heavy shower, a man has the idea of turning it upside-down to collect the rainwater. At first, people look at him curiously then they start following his example, using all sorts of containers to collect the rainwater.

Il regista / The Director

Nandita Das was born in Delhi, India, in 1969. Theatre and cinema actress, she had her debut in 1996 in the film Ek Thi Goonja. Besides being an actress – she is one of the most popular and appreciated inter- preters in the Indian cinema – she is also involved socially and directs documentary films. At present she is working on the screenplay for a long-running film.
