In 1975 when South American dictatorship governments launched the Condor operation which aimed at eliminating any political opponents, the involvement of high hierarchies of the French army passed over in silence. This documentary shows for the first time the South American generals involved in this secret organisation and responsible of that terror reign which shuck Argentina between the 70s and the 80s. Torture techniques learned in previous years by the French Army who had specialised in the Indo-Chinese war and in Algeria and then used by the American army in Vietnam. A shocking document which casts a light on a page of history many would like to cover up.
