LIONELLO MANCINI

Lionello Mancini (b. 1951) lives and works in Milan. After studying political science, he began his career in journalism in 1981 as freelance court reporter. In 1984, he joined "Sole 24 Ore", working his way up the ranks to become editor-in-chief, then vice director of Radio24. He is currently court correspondent for "Sole 24 Ore", reporting on economics and business in southern Italy and efficiency and organization of Italian law courts.  

ROBERTO MEZZALAMA

Roberto Mezzalama (b.1966) earned a degree in natural sciences from the University of Pavia and a masters in environmental engineering from the Politecnico, Turin. A member of Golder Associates since 1999, he conducts environmental monitoring and impact assessment studies. Between 2004 and 2005 he supervised an environmental impact assessment group for Golder Associates in Canada and continues to take part in projects in Canada and the U.S. He is currently president and managing director of Golder Associates Europe and head of the Sustainability Council of Golder Associates Corporation.

FRANCO PICCO

Franco Picco (b. Milan, 1956) earned a degree in geological sciences. After working at the Studio Geotecnico Italiano (SGI) and the Gruppo AMGA, Legnano, in 2002 he began working for the Region of Lombardy, where he was managing director of the Energy and Power Grid Technologies organizational unit, general vice director of Public Services, and general director of Environmental Quality. University speaker, since 2002 he has been general director of the Lombardy Regional Environmental Protection Agency.
