Since its beginning, in 1998, Cinemambiente Environmental Film Festival has carried out a special section for schools called EcoKids.
The aim of this section is to stress the educational purpose of this event making people aware of different environmental themes and promoting eco-sustainable behaviours.
Every years EcoKids present a rich programme, for primary, secondary and High schools in order to deepen environmental themes.
In fact through a cinematographic language the EcoKids section wants to develop a particular educational process for kids and teachers.
Thanks to a cognitive approach and to a particularly valid methodology and language EcoKids represent a valid educational instrument to promote the idea of an eco-sustainable behaviour.
Every year Ekokids present a programme rich in discussion to make easier the themes faced.
