Involving students from all school levels, this project constitutes a sort of festival within a festival, with a diverse program of films and guest speakers. Screenings are guided by educators and environmental experts from Legambiente and Arpa. The 2008 program involved over 15 towns throughout the province of Turin and over 7000 students.

Focus on Human Rights

In collaboration with Amnesty International

First held in 2006 in collaboration with Amnesty International Italy, the intent of this section is to underline how closely misuse of the environment is connected with violation of human rights and that the right to a healthy, integral environment needs to be considered as a human right.

Panorama

This international film section features meet-the-experts talks with films that use innovative language to explore environmental issues. In addition, special focus initiatives and guest festivals from around the world are presented.
