Sections 2007
Competitions serve to stimulate the production of cinematic works that uncover and explore environmental issues. Cinemambiente is an opportunity to showcase films of exceptional esthetic and content quality for cinematographic and television distribution. The competition procedure follows the rules of the Festival Ethics Code to ensure jury impartiality and competence.
There are three competition sections:
International Documentary Competition
italian Documentary Competition
International Animated Film Competition
This year CINEMAMBIENTE proposes, a new international competition:
Ecotribe
The films must be made exclusively with a video cell phone and must have an environmental theme including water, agriculture, food, animals, climatic changes, energy consumption, critical consumption, globalization, pollution, garbage, sustainable transportation or mobility.
